We did not feel comfortable in this room. The owners were right next door, which was not a problem, however, it just felt like they had put a lock on the door of the room and rented it out as is. The room was small and full of personal items of the owner. There was no empty space to put our bags and items. There was stuff everywhere and they had covered it up with clothes. There was even old dusty Christmas decorations in the bathroom and the walls were full of old personal items. It really felt like spending the night at a long list old aunt's place.

Great location and friendly welcome

Valeria is extremely helpful.Came to meet us when we were lost on arrival and made herself available to assist throughout.Location for old town and beach is fantastic.

Lovely room close to the beach

The ensuite room was very clean, spacious and central. The owner, Valeria is very friendly, accommodating and full of good recommendations. There is some tea and coffee in the room and even beach towels :-)

Great location, walking distance to the beautiful beach and to the centre split touristic city and all facilities like bus and train stations. Mrs Valeria is a great host, she provided very good tips and tourist guide for my stay. I strongly recommend this property for stay in Split, Croatia

Just a sleepover

We were just staying the night, because we were going to Brac the morning after. So we looked for something affordable. We were very impressed with the treatment from our host. She arranged car transport from the airport and directly to the accommodation and met us there as the car were arriving. The rom is very cozy. A well functioning aircon, good sower, an empty fridge for storying food and drinks, and a comfotable bed. Absolutely a place I can recommend.

Superb value!

Valeria was extremely helpful and the room was excellent. Very comfortable with many extras that we didn't expect in a room in this price range. We would not stay anywhere else in Split!

I booked my trip very spontaneous and directly after booking I get a message from the apartment lady and she asked me to pick me up at the bus station in Split. So she waited for me when I arrived. She took me to the apartment and showed me everything and gave me a lot of Tipps for split and for the city and offered me to help me everytime when I have some questions. This was a very warm welcome of her. The apartment is big, tidy and includes all the important things. It’s really near the city center, like about less then 5 minutes walk. So I can only recommend you this apartment and I will return one day.
