You'll love to stay in this comfortable house in the nature, right next to the river.

It's air-conditioned, well equipped and located near village Zrnovnica, 8 km from Split.

Close to the house is also a bike and beautiful walking trail along the river to the sea.

You'll have exclusive access to the house and large 300 m2 fenced garden with outside fireplace, table and chairs, parasol and outside shower.

It's ideal for a quiet family, couples or friends vacation where you can fully enjoy the nature and can still quickly arrive to the Split city or small coastal towns like Stobrec and Podstrana with lots of beaches, all within 10 min drive.

You can use ground floor of the house that consists of a living room, bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom.

First floor is not finished and is not used by anyone, therefore you'll have the whole house with the garden for rent just for yourself.

There's a shaded patio in front of the entrance so you can choose whether to use table and chairs right next to the river or next to the entrance of the house.

Spacious living room has an air-condition unit, LCD TV with satellite channels and cozy sofa sleeping two people.

Kitchen is well equipped with oven, stove, big fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, cutlery etc. allowing you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Bedroom has one comfortable double bed.

Bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hair dryer.

We'll also provide you speed Wi-Fi internet, fresh linen, towels, iron and ironing board.

Baby cot can be arranged for free, please ask in advance.

Amazing place
We had the most amazing holiday, our lovely little cottage with fruit trees in the garden, a river at the bottom of the gaeden, with ducks and wildlife on tap, surrounded by mountains, and trees. The cottage is well equipped caters for all needs, good wi, comfortable homely space. Our host Miro and Ana were lovely so very kind and nothing was a problem, good location for supermarket, a lively restaurant, a quint little bar, and the bus stiop Only minutes away to go venture out and explore we loved it so much we are booking to return next year, if you want to just recharge and chill this is the place for you

Riverside garden heaven
One of the most magical homes we’ve stayed in. Mr. Miro was a lovely and generous host. We were in awe of his garden and tasted the fruits that grew on the property. The house was very clean and comfortable for the three of us. We also enjoyed home made walnut liqueur. You’ll need to get in touch with Mr Miro for checkin because the house is on a lovely hidden garden path. The nearby restaurants that you can walk to were absolutely delicious.

Sehr schöner Urlaub im Grünen
Wir waren 2 Wochen in dieser Unterkunft und alles war hervorragend. Sehr schöner Garten, man durfte das angebaute Obst und Gemüse selbst pflücken, was sehr lecker war. Die Vermieter Miro und Ana haben sich um alles gekümmert. Der schöne Garten wurde von den Vermietern gepflegt und bewässert, während wir selbst nicht im Haus waren und sie haben uns noch Obst, Gemüse und Eier hingestellt. Die Vermieter kamen nie unangekündigt, sondern fragten vorher immer nach, wann es für uns am besten ist. Sie waren für uns erreichbar, haben schnell geantwortet und sind auf unsere Wünsche sofort eingegangen. Noch ein Tipp: Auf der anderen Seite vom Fluss (gegenüber vom Garten) geht ein sehr schöner Weg bis zum Strand von Podstrana. Man läuft gemütlich ca. eine Stunde am Fluss entlang. An der Strandpromenade gibt es ein Riesenrad, einen Spielplatz und verschiedene Geschäfte. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschönes Gartengrundstück zur Erholung
Hier handelt es sich um ein einfach aber sehr funktional ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit einem Erholungsbereich am Fluss der incl. Grillkamin und Außendusche wirklich schön gestaltet ist Alles benötigten technischen Geräte wie Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Wasseroberfläche und bei Bedarf auch die Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. WLAN und SAT-TV funktionieren einwandfrei, auf der überdachten Terrasse kann man gut frühstücken oder auch andere Malzeiten einnehmen.Im Ort (100 m entfernt) gibt es 2 schöne Restaurants, der Bus in die Umgebung ist nur 50 Meter entfernt. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Paket incl. sehr netttes Vermieter-Ehepaar die gern Obst und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten für den persönlichen Verbrauch bereit stellen. Wir werden diese schöne Unterkunft in Meer-Nähe gerne weiterempfehlen.

Une jolie petite maison dans un havre de paix
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce petit paradis. La maison est dotée de tout ce qu'il faut et est très propre. Le jardin ombragé sous les fruitiers au bord de la petite rivière est très agréable durant les chaudes journées d'été, et cerise sur le gâteau, la douche extérieure est un must, tout comme le barbecue permet de profiter un maximum de l'extérieur, le tout situé dans un endroit très calme et reposant, et chose importante pour nous qui voyagions avec nos chiens, le jardin est parfaitement clôturé. Les propriétaires Mr Miro et son épouse sont des gens adorables, pleins de gentillesse qui nous ont accueillis chaleureusement. Bien que cet endroit est situé dans la campagne, on trouve plusieurs restaurants tout proches. Un endroit que je recommande et où je reviendrai.

Garantierte Erholung und Gastfreundschaft
Absolut empfehlenswertes Häuschen mit Garten. Wir hatten dort eine tolle Zeit mit unserem Hund. Der wunderbar gepflegte Garten mit Flusszugang und der Grill sind spitze und ermöglichen vollständige Erholung. Die Vermieter sind wunderbare Menschen und kümmern sich super um ihre Gäste. Wir danken den beiden nochmals für die Versorgung mit eigens angebautem Gemüse und Früchten und ihre freundliche Art :) Mehrere Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle mit stündlicher Fahrt nach Split direkt vor der Haustür. Wir kommen wieder :)

Erwartung Übertroffen
Das war wirklich ein toller Urlaub! Wir haben schon viele Ferienhäuser gesehen aber dieses war mit Abstand das gepflegteste. Gerade zur Coronazeit das beste was wir entscheiden konnten. Der gepflegte Garten lädt zum verweilen ein, man kann mit dem Hund entspannt am Fluss spazieren, joggen oder sich im klaren Wasser abkühlen. Wer gerne Ruhe haben möchte ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben ohne ewig fahren zu müssen um sich zu versorgen. Die Hausbesitzer sind äußerst liebenswürdig und haben uns häufig mit frischem Gemüse und Obst aus dem Garten beschenkt. Größere Supermärkte sind nicht weit entfernt. Restaurants haben wir keine besucht. Dazu war der traumhafte Grill im Garten einfach zu einladend. Und diese Gartendusche, herrlich! In der Ortsmitte (keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß) ist ein sehr schönes, überdachtes Freiluftrestaurant. Ein mildes Mückenspray ist hier ausreichend aber durchaus empfehlenswert. Hätten wir mehr zeit, würden wir definitiv länger bleiben. Aber wir kommen wieder! Liebe Ana, lieber Miro, wir hätten Euch gerne zum Dank und zum Abschied umarmt. Danke für Eure Gastfreundschaft, Eure Großzügigkeit und unaufdringliche Hilfsbereitschaft.

Sehr schön !
Es war wirklich sehr schön. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Nach Split sind es 15 Minuten mit dem Auto oder man nimmt den Bus. Die Bushaltestelle ist 100 m entfernt. Miro und seine Frau sind extrem nett. Der Garten und das Haus wird von beiden sehr liebevoll gepflegt. Ihre Gastfreundschaft ist wirklich herzlich. Wir wurden mit Gemüse versorgt welches direkt aus dem Garten kommt. 100 % Empfehlung !👍

Super Ferienhäuschen in der Nähe von Split
Wir waren zu dritt (3 Erwachsene) mit 4 kleinen Hunden hier. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden und es ist alles super vorbereitet und durchdacht. Das Haus ist eine Art Gartenhaus, wo die Besitzer (nach Jahreszeit) auch hin und wieder vorbeikommen um ihren Garten zu pflegen und dann freundlicherweise auch die Ernteerzeugnisse mit uns geteilt haben. Es gibt auch einen hinteren Teil des Gartens ohne Gemüse u.Ä. wo sich Liegen und Tische befinden, mit einem direkten Zugang zum Fluss der genau hinter dem Haus entlangfließt (kühler, angenehmer Bergfluss). Hier befindet sich auch eine Freiluft-Dusche (warm und kalt), welche an warmen Tagen besonders praktisch ist. Ansonsten ist im Haus alles da was man brauchen könnte. Es gibt eine funktionierende Küche, Klimaanlage (nur im Wohnzimmer), eine Waschmaschine im Bad und ein Abstellzimmer in dem man alle möglichen Sachen inklusive Bügelbrett, Waschpulver und anderen evtl. notwendigen Gerätschaften findet. In zwei Minuten erreicht man eine Bushaltestelle mit der Buslinie 27 die einmal stündlich nach Split fährt. Es gibt auch kleinere Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Restaurants und eine Post quasi um die Ecke. Der Besitzer ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir hatten regelmäßig Kontakt über WhatsApp und wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben oder es fragen gab, wurde uns sofort geholfen. Wir haben unseren kurzen Urlaub sehr genossen und uns rundum umsorgt gefühlt. Wir können diesen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Heerlijke plek
Klein maar comfortabel huis, verscholen in het groen langs het riviertje aan de rand van het dorp. Schitterende moestuin en boomgaard. Heel zorgzaam en attent beheerdersechtpaar . Huis is prima voor 2 personen. Met 4 lijkt ons wat behelpen .

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub
Kleines gemütliche Häuschen, wunderschöner Garten, traumhafte Gegend und super nette Vermieter. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit, Miro und Anna waren super nett, sie haben uns verwöhnt und uns bei Fragen gern weiter geholfen. Das kleine Häuschen war sehr sauber, alles wie auf den Fotos, der Garten ist eine kleine Oase. An dem angrenzenden Fluss gibt es einen Weg, dieser lädt zu kleinen oder langen Spaziergängen ein. Mit dem Auto ist das Meer nur wenige Minuten entfernt, auch gute Lokale sind im nächsten Ort zu finden. Wir werden gern an diesen Urlaub zurück denken und auch auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Nochmals großes Dankeschön an Miro und Anna.

Idyllisches kleines Haus am Fluss
Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen (2 Pärchen) 5 Nächte in dem kleinen Häuschen direkt am Fluss von Miro und Anna. Wir hätten noch viel länger bleiben sollen! Wir wurden unglaublich nett mit Obst, kalten Getränken und selbstgemachtem Schnaps begrüßt. Der Garten ist super schön und zu der Zeit, als wir da waren, waren die Feigen reif. Wir konnten uns jederzeit bedienen (im glasklaren Fluss stehen und Feigen ernten!). Abends haben wir oft mit dem Kamingrill gegrillt und am Fluss gesessen. Wir werden auch die tolle Gartendusche vermissen. Der Strand ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wenn man etwa 20 Minuten fährt erreicht man noch weitere schönere Buchten und Strände. Un havre de paix !
Un séjour inoubliable dans cette charmante maison. L'accueil des propriétaires a été parfait. Nous avons dégusté du vin de noix fabrication maison. Dans le frigo du lait, de l eau, des gâteaux... Accueil des plus agréable ! La maison est très bien équipée et très propre. Le jardin avec ses arbres fruitiers est un délice. Tout est calme. La douche extérieure est un vrai atout et la petite rivière rend l'endroit paradisiaque. A notre départ nous avons eu des petits présents et avons été très touchés par le petit mot lu par M. Miro. Allez y les yeux fermés !!!

Schönes Häuschen mit tollen Gastgebern
Das Haus und der Garten waren noch viel schöner, als im Internet auf Bildern zu erkennen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und betreut. Die Gastgeber sind uns ans Herz gewachsen und wir planen jetzt schon, im nächsten Jahr wieder dort hinzufahren. Alles war super. Der Ausgang vom Garten zu dem eiskalten, sauberen Fluss, die Apfelbäume, die Feigenbäume, die Obstbäume, alles wunderschön und eine Oase, wenn man von einem Ausflug nachhause kommt. Im Dörfchen gibt es alles, was man braucht. Supermarkt, Metzger, Bäcker, Apotheke. Split ist nicht weit, ein Bus fährt direkt neben dem Häuschen jede Stunde nach Split und zurück von Split nach Zrovnica. Alles in allem war es ein wunderbarer Urlaub in einem tollen Land mit freundichen Menschen. Das Objekt ist einmalig.

Bezauberndes Häuschen mit unfassbar schöner Lage und wirklich charmanten Gastgebern!
Angefangen hat alles mit einer wirklich sehr herzlichen Begrüßung durch unsere Vermieter mit gekühlten Getränken, leckerem selbstgemachten Aperitif und Gebäck. Das war wirklich ein schöner Empfang in unserem neuen Garten. Die Vermieter sind sowieso unglaublich charmant und hilfsbereit. Sie kümmern sich wirklich liebenswürdig um ihre Gäste und haben uns zwischendurch neben dem Gemüse aus dem Garten sogar noch mit frischen Eiern vom Nachbarn versorgt. Und es gab auch immer einen frischen Strauß Blumen <3 Der Garten selbst ist ein Traum: In dem einen Bereich sind Gemüse und Salat für den Eigenbedarf reichlich vorhanden, wir konnten uns jederzeit bedienen, im unteren Obstgarten haben wir ständig an den Himbeeren und Brombeeren genascht oder unter den Aprikosen- , Apfel- und Feigenbäumen gelegen, vor dem Haus wachsen schattenspendend noch Kiwis... Wenn uns zu warm wurde, haben wir die Außendusche genutzt (mit Warm- und Kaltwasser) oder eben das Törchen zum Fluss geöffnet und unsere Füße ins kalte Wasser getaucht. Natürlich sind wir auch dem Tipp unserer Vermieter gefolgt und sind fast täglich 100 Meter weiter den Fluss runter kurz baden gegangen! Man kann aber auch am Fluss entlang einen wunderschönen Spaziergang bis zum Meer laufen (ca. 4 km), doch den Weg hat unsere Hunde-Oma dann nicht mehr ganz zu Fuß geschafft. Insgesamt ist das Haus einfach perfekt für 2 Gäste mit Hund(en).
