Less then 10 min walk from airport shuttle bus I took and just a few minutes away from all the sites in Old Town Split. Was clean and comfortable and had a mini fridge which paired with Tommy supermarket nearby helped me stay on budget.

This is the second time I've stayed at this property and i will happily stay again next time I'm in Split. The location is brilliant, close to everything, and the rooms are clean and safe. Branka has been very helpful and friendly, sharing recommendations for local activities and places to eat, as well as providing clear instructions for how to arrive when I came to Croatia.

Die Unterkunft und Branka von der Rezeption waren super. Alles war sauber und sie selber war mega freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Einzig der Lärm von draußen hat uns etwas zu schaffen gemacht. Zumindest bis ca 0/1 uhr nachts. Da kann das hotel aber nicht wirklich was für.

the room is pretty spacious and the owner is super super friendly. i actually ended up extending my stay here. absolutely great location as well. the only thing is that the walls are a bit thin so you can hear what’s going on in other rooms. i would come back here again if i were to return !

This hotel is perfect, it has a great value for money. It is located in the historic center of split, a few minutes from the main street, close to restaurants, pharmacies, bakery, markets. The cleanliness of the place is a differential: always very fragrant. We did all the sightseeing on foot. I highly recommend it!

We booked this hotel last minute, after standing in the cold rain for hours when our ferry canceled. The accommodations were above and beyond what we expected. We were greeted at the desk by a lady that also went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable when we checked in, and also brought us extra blankets to help warm up. The room was very clean and very spacious for 3 of us girls. The location is perfect, with lots of restaurants and shopping just steps outside the door. Overall we were very impressed and had a great stay!

Branka was excellent. She gave us useful information, maps, guides to make our visit more enjoyable. Very convenient location just inside the walls of the old palace complex. The entrance to the hotel was deceiving with all of the graffiti but once inside it was great.

They kept messaging on whatsapp about the check in time although we already communicated it. The reception was not open until 22 like the ad said. Generally clean but we found a blood stain on the mattress cover. No hot water. It’s on the first floor on a very busy street with bars, the windows don’t seal right so although we were there on a weekday in september we still got no sleep whatsoever.
