This exquisite five-star villa underwent a meticulous renovation in 2018, conducted with unwavering commitment to preserving its historical significance in accordance with the Ministry of Protection and Preservation of Ancient Monuments. Comprising two floors, the main house boasts 70 square meters of living space, complemented by auxiliary cottages within the building, spanning 45 square meters.



The first floor of the main residence features two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a terrace, while the ground floor comprises a well-appointed kitchen with a dining area and a spacious living area, a generous bathroom, and a convenient storage space. The villa provides two entrances to its courtyard, a highly practical arrangement, particularly during the warm summer months.



The interior spaces are adorned with original stone elements harkening back to the house's historic roots. The owners, in their commitment to preserving authenticity, sought to retain as many original features as possible, seamlessly blending them into a modern industrial-style ambiance and design. The bedrooms exude an airy and tranquil atmosphere, primarily characterized by a palette of white and pigeon grey. The bathrooms showcase retro-style tiles and sleek glass showers. The lower section of the house, dominated by stone, adopts a slightly darker ambiance, yet the incorporation of industrial-style lighting imparts a sense of warmth and comfort. The kitchen is meticulously crafted, custom-made to perfection.



Adjacent to the villa is a remarkable feature known as the "cave pool." This unique space, once utilized for storing olive oil in the 18th century, has been transformed and now enveloped in epoxy resin, evoking the sensation of being under a starry sky. One of the villa's distinct charms is a 20-square-meter garden adorned with a dining table. This garden can also serve as a private open-air cinema, equipped with a large television screen, allowing guests to enjoy both movie nights and barbecue gatherings. The garden boasts an array of plant life, including irresistible jasmine hedges, flourishing roses, succulents nestled in barrels, and olive trees that have gracefully aged over 70 years. Amongst these, a lemon tree, wisteria, bougainvillea, and hydrangea thrive.



Villa Janski Central enjoys a prime location, a mere 500 meters from the UNESCO World Heritage site of Split and the iconic Diocletian Palace. The villa's street is one of the closest narrow passages leading to the picturesque Marjan hill, a popular recreational destination in the city. The hill offers numerous beaches, jogging trails, and tennis courts.
