“The bedspread of the first room was full of holes and probably not washed in a while. So they offered me a second room but I couldn't open the door and neither could the staff. The staff was certain there was someone squatting in the room. I cancelled and was told I'd get a refund in a few days but I don't think so. Never again will I stay at a Motel 6.”

“The bed was terrible; it had huge lump in the middle and indentions on both sides. The bedding had burn holes in it. The place smelled like dog piss. The room across from us had 3 dogs that been left in the room alone and whined and barked all the time. My husband talked to the staff about it and all she said was, "I'll see what I can do" over and over again. There were several cars parked in the lot with people just sitting in them. It felt very scary.”

“The rooms are updated, cute and very comfortable. I loved the soft linens and bedding! If you like to walk, this location is great for a beautiful stroll to town for meals and shopping. (I recommend that you take E Front Ave. behind the property, to stay off of the busy road.) Speaking of busy roads, the motel is a bit on the noisy side because of being on a heavily traveled road to town. If you are not sensitive to noise, you'll be fine, if you are—bring earplugs. “The motel is older, but it has been updated and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Our bed was very comfortable. Right from the moment we arrived the front desk person was exceptional and made sure throughout our stay that we had everything we needed. The motel was easy walking distance to the restaurants, the shopping district, parks, and the boardwalk. We had an exceptional stay at the Flamingo.”
