I was disappointed to see a hefty $68 fee for an early check in and a $21 late check out fee. I knew in advance, but at most properties, you can call and request. If they can accommodate, they will. If not, they won't. Here, I requested and even with the hefty charge, they didn't even bother to notify me if they could accommodate. I had to call and check. I didn't even know I was granted the late check out until it was on my bill when we checked out on time at 11.
There was only 1 bathrobe in the room, we had to request a second, which they provided.
The rest of the things were amazing. The bar and grill has excellent food and service. They even let us eat out by the fire. They provided full table service to us out there.
The desert setting speaks for itself and the beautiful fall weather made things even more enjoyable.
We had an amazing spa treatment (body salt scrub and massage) which was done with expert hands. Thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable.
