“Great views from the Harris suite. The room was really lovely and spacious. We really liked the private decking area. The host was really friendly and helpful, and provided breakfast early so that we could check out early. Would have loved to have stayed longer. ”

“Very well appointed motel room. We were (very) worried about the road noise especially as we had room 201 that faces the very busy road. However the property supplies earplugs and, more effectively, a white noise generator. Couple this with the immaculately clean and well equipped room and the super friendly staff we can’t but recommend the Palazzo.”

“Great room with good modern decor, certainly a step up from the standard motel offering in NZ. Also loved the additional communal kitchen if you need more than the microwave in the room. Parking was a bit of a pain during the day because a lot of non-guests appear to use the car park and it's not policed.”
