This home is the perfect spot to feel you're authentically experiencing Florida. You can enjoy drinks at your own Tiki Bar- while watching your loved ones play in the pool; All from the comfort Paradise Palm. The home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and a spacious open floor plan. This home is the perfect blend of relaxation and fun- Don't forget to bring your boat! If you're wanting a place to laugh, relax, and make memories, you can stop your search here. \- The home will sleep up to 10 comfortable or up to 12 with two small kids \-Guests will have full access to the home \- 4 bed, 3 bath \-Keyless entry \-7 min drive to Roger’s Park man made beach \-12 min drive Sun West park with \- 12 min drive to Pine Island open beach \-Home has two kayaks for you to use! YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS. \-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per pet \-Down payments are either $1000 or 10% of your total (whatever is greater-than) Essentials: \-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use. \-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay. \-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware. Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower. Please be advised: Due to our property management account with VRBO, we collect the remaining balance if you are outside the 60-day window after your check-in date and after your down payment has been made. Payment can be made via PayPal with a 4% convenience fee, Zelle with no fee, Venmo with no fee if sent as friends and family, check with no fee, or credit card with a 4% convenience fee.
