"We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful place on a quiet private lake. There was plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. It was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The sandy beach was awesome and the kids had a blast swimming, and playing in the sand. An added bonus was the pontoon available to rent. We used it a lot. Caught some bass, a small Northern, and sunfish. Thank you, Gary and Linda!"

"Our family truly enjoyed our stay here. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed using the clubhouse pool and playing mini golf. The quiet surroundings and nature sights and sounds were so peaceful, especially at night around the fire pit.Wifi worked well, and all procedures were handled easily. Communication was rapid with all questions answered."

"This cabin is a great place for a getaway on a lake! I read other reviews that said it was rustic - it is but with all the amenties you need. Comfortable beds, kitchen with all the things you need, and an excellent sleeping porch facing the water! Our teenagers loved the bunkhouse as well as all the available games. Outdoors, we enjoyed the firepit, beach, raft, and kayaks. The lake is quiet and peaceful too. Troy is a great host and has thought of all the little details for an easy stay. We loved it and hope to come back next year!"

"My wife and I and our adult son stayed 10 nights in July/August for a nearby family gathering. The lodge was beautiful, spacious (bigger than we needed!), clean, comfortable, quiet and very well equipped -- we were easily able to prepare lasagne for 14 in the kitchen. The location is quiet with convenient access to nearby activities and amenities, but it all requires some driving. Unfortunately a combination of heat and Canadian wildfire smoke kept us from enjoying the extensive outside spaces much, but the AC system was a lifesaver. Communication and logistics were seamless.Our only real concern was that the water, though conditioned and tested, smelled a bit off, and left some orange iron stains on white items when we did laundry."

"We absolutely loved the property. Rick provided a well stocked kitchen and the beds were extremely comfortable. The listing was very accurate & Rick answered any and all questions promptly. We highly recommend adding the pontoon to your rental. It was nice to putter around the lake. We lived on the lake all day and played games in the sunroom all evening. The sunsets were insane the week that we were there.The weather was amazing so we didn't utilize the game room that much, but when we did use it, it was an absolute blast. There were 6 of us in our party ranging from 15-adult and everyone said they had the right balance of chill & fun. We hope to return. "

"This spacious home had plenty of room for our family of 9 to spread out and have privacy while gathering for meals, talk and games in the great room and family room (billiards!). The beach and lake access at Little Bear Lake was perfect for our paddleboards, kayak and swimming.wish they had a few beach towels available."
