"Do not stay here the head cleaning person thinks she runs the show around there ! We asked for toilet paper and it was never given to us, they were supposed to clean our room and they came in spoke whatever language they speak to each other and some of it was negative towards my daughter that part I understood then they didn’t even bother cleaning the room they only made the beds didn’t sweep or mop or clean the bathroom didn’t give us clean towels or anything!! They are horrible do not stay here !!!"

"Unhappy with my stay, we were there for 3 nights. No hairdryer in the room, housekeeping never came to clean out garbage or to give us new towels. TV never had service, no input constantly on the screen after I tried to unplug many times."

"The hotel is very dated, in disrepair and very dirty. Hvac units were all destroyed on the outside of all the rooms, the room had a nasty smell when we entered the room. Then the room was disgusting. There were suspicious stains on the sheets, and furniture. The floors were gross and left our socks black. The sink had a giant hole in it, the plugs didnt have covers on them. The water control for the shower would pull out of the wall when you pulled it to turn the water on. There was hair in the shower and a piece of toilet paper that looked used stuck to one of the hinges of the bathroom door. They came in to "clean" the room 1 day out of 4 being there and didnt even fully make up the bed. They just chucked the comforter onto the coat rack. This was one of the worst if not the worst hotel ive ever stayed in. Would not pay what i did for the room and would love to have money back from it. "
