Around the corner from I-49, shopping, restaurants, and the University of Arkansas. This fully remodeled duplex has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and all the necessities for a comfortable stay! Great for family reunions or extra large groups. The Space: Welcome to our beautiful and private retreat located on a dead end street in Springdale, Arkansas. Enjoy 2 separate houses for up to 20 guests. In the 6 bedrooms you will find 2 king beds in the master bedrooms, each has its own bathroom, queen size beds in two bedrooms, a set of bunk beds in another 2 more rooms, and a full-size sofa bed in each living room. The master bedrooms have an attached bathroom with dual vanity and sinks. The outdoor spaces have a hot tub in one side and a sectional sofa with a fire pit that is cozy and perfect for morning coffee or an evening beverage on the other side. As you enter this inviting home, you'll be greeted by a spacious and tastefully decorated living area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals. With 6 comfortable bedrooms, and 10 beds, we allow up to 20 guests, but please note the bedding arrangements. (After 14 guests there is and additional $25/person per night fee). Pets - Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit. Events - No events, parties, or large gatherings. Extra Guests - this listing is for 14 guests. Six extra guests up to 20 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements. The house has 10 beds (including 2 sofa beds) for 20 people. No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed in the house. Minimum Age - Must be at least 22 years old to book Identification - Photo ID may be required upon check-in Security - Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Two separate houses that can comfortably sleep 5 each if you don’t double bunk, and a hot tub!!! The check in process was so easy, it was all done remotely which was nice. The location in Springdale made it very easy to get everywhere we needed to go. The two homes were accurately depicted on the website and all the amenities added greatly to the comfort level. Our ability to communicate with the property manager was very easy- when we had questions, the response time was quick and helpful! The hot tub was a great extra feature that we used and enjoyed! The homes provided the right amount of space for all our guests to relax and enjoy themselves. An added bonus, when one of our guests accidentally left something behind in the house, it was quickly found and, thankfully, it was easily returned.
