Terrible hotel staff. We had a random leftover chicken from previous guests sitting in our room fridge. This showed the cleaning standard what this hotel took during the covid. When we told this to front desk, they didn’t offer apology and were very rude. I’d avoid this hotel completely if you care about your health in these hard pandemic conditions. Expedia, please take a look at this situation, we booked the hotel based on Expedia standards and our previous positive experience with Expedia. Hope you take the correct action

The hotel was okay, front staff was nice. Our room wasn’t ready when we got there at 3 when it said we could check in. They asked if we could wait which was fine. When we came back it still wasn't ready so they asked if we would take a room with a different amount of beds instead which we agreed was fine. It says on the site that breakfast was included which it is not and that the room had dishes as we got a kitchenette room. Well. It had one skillet, two big cooking spoons, no silverware, a couple plates, one glass. Couldnt barely cook anything without getting more dishes. There was a dishwasher and no dishwashing soap. The floor needed vacuumed in some spots but it wasn't a big deal. It was fine but not my best experience.

First of all it was dirty ironing board was broken sink drain was broken went to get ice and there was debris frozen inside the ice next morning no hot breakfast we got a bag breakfast which was a Walmart water a small muffin and a small granola bar that’s it there was option for hot oatmeal which I did not seeAnd fresh fruit which I did not see. Second day they ran out of Breakfast in a bag. Third day got a bag of breakfast seen the oatmeal but the Hot water maker was out of order.One of the reasons for picking the hotel that we picked was to save money on breakfast but without the hot breakfast option we still had to go out to eat. Their reasoning for the breakfast was Covid also they wouldn’t have as much maid service because I believe they said Covid they took her towels and took her garbage every day and that’s it they gave us new towels never enough no new shampoo new soap no new cups didn’t make the bed nothing else I had to go to the front desk to get more towels more shampoo more soap. When we came there the first day our Kleenex box was empty they never did refill it we use the roll of toilet paper and put on the extra roll they never gave us more toilet paper The only good thing about this hotel was the night shift worker at the front desk was very pleasant and nice and accommodating and seemed like when I went to her to complain she understood where I was coming from.
