The room was clean. They followed my request for a room near the elevator for my mother who has breathing issues. The clock in the room was not correct though and it it hadn't been for my son calling, we would have missed her appointment.

Great for a business stay

Super clean place, everything looked new! A little sparse, but then again for a business stay (I was in town to cater a wedding) it was fine! Very friendly staff as well - especially the young woman who helped us the morning of checkout.

The staff were very helpful when they were at the check-in desk, however, it seemed like the receptionist was having to do double duty for check ins and housekeeper. Also my key quit working before my check out time and I was trying to get rechecked in so was inconvenient. Otherwise enjoyed my stay.

They were under staffed and didnt have clean rooms when we arrived. We had to wait to check in even though we booked weeks in advance. Stain on sheets. Overall, the staff was friendly once we got checked in. It wasnt too loud and was an ok option for the price.

The kitchen sink was dripping and making noise all night. I could not get it tight enough to stop. People above me were moving furniture and banging around until 2 AM. No one at the front desk late or early. "Blanket" was more like a sheet than a blanket. I didn't like the hardwood floors and no carpet. The bed was comfortable. The tub had no grab bars. I had to leave a day early because of the noise.

This is the best extended stay I have ever stayed at hands down. Shana made sure that my stay was not only welcoming, but on a personal level gave me an experience for the extended period that i was at the hotel, an affordable and convenient option that was necessary. I can truly say the staff was always available when I needed anything regardless of the time day or night. The place is clean , affordable and I absolutely loved that it wasn’t full of a bunch of sketchy people therefore I felt confident about my child staying there with me as well. Never had any issues the 4 months I was living there. I highly recommend!

The hotel lobby area wreaked of smoked marijuana. There were always vagrants in the parking lot and police were always near the property. Very sketch and süs!
