This spacious older home has 4 generous sized bedrooms, 2 baths and great spaces to relax, remote work, or be a base for fun in the queen city. The space This is a Spanish Colonial style home with lots of character, yet modern conveniences. The rooms are light and airy, with 5 star comfort bedding throughout. We often stay in this house ourselves and we think you will love it as much as we do! Guest access This house is rented as 1 unit, so you won’t be sharing any space. The bedroom off the dining room is a glass door and didn’t have a curtain, so privacy in that room was minimal. Parking was confusing as the street has signs saying permits are required, but we didn’t have any. Overall, it was very clean! Plenty of room with 3 large rooms upstairs and then a downstairs with its own small living room area with TV and two twin beds perfect for teens. I cannot say enough about how beautiful this home is. Every detail, furniture, bedding- I mean I would live here! The location was awesome- 5 minutes south is bass pro, 5 minutes north is downtown Springfield. Will definitely book again! It is an older house with great character. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. It is on a busy street, and yet it is isolated from the traffic because of its location on a cul-de-sac. There is a lot of traffic noise, which we are not used to, but I slept great anyway. The little "tent" was greatly appreciated by our grandkids. They loved playing in there.
