So misleading. Was very disappointed. They must have taken the pictures from a different hotel because it definitely was not the same place we stayed. The room door was a bit finicky, but the person at the desk was able to offer a method of opening that made it more cooperative. I would have appreciated being told this method before walking upstairs and back down, however.
