“Beautiful and peaceful plenty nature to enjoy . Neighbors where very friendly ”

“Sunsets, sunrises, wildlife and water views were absolutely stunning. The cottage was outfitted with nearly everything one could need. We were discovering items on our 5th day! And the hosts, Pam and Paul, were responsive to our needs. My only critical review is that the 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom are in a below grade level that is only accessible outside. The ceilings are low in this level and there is a distinct odor of dampness. That being said….. I plan to return and rent the same……

“My husband and I enjoyed the secluded property directly next to National park land. It was relaxing!”

“This is a wonderful property and the pride of the homeowner is evident. We had a wonderful stay, it was just what we love with bright open spaces, lots of windows and a great view of the lake. If you love peace and quite this is a great choice.”

“The property was clean and welcomed our dog. That's always a plus for us.We were a bit dissappointed that the full lake view was not directly from the property. The furnishings were old and it seemed a bit dark.Otherwise it was a nice property for us.”

“The area is beautiful and mostly quiet. The staff at the resort were all nice. Beautiful view of the lake from a nice sized deck. There are no steps but a ramp, which was nice as well. The cons: The place was clean-ish. The ceiling fan was so full of dust and cobwebs, we couldn’t turn it on to circulate the A/C. There were cobwebs in some corners of the entire place. We had to wash the supplied utensils before we used them as there was grease and crusted food on them 👎🏼👎🏼 The bathroom is……

“My husband and I wanted to enjoy a quick, quiet, and private weekend getaway, the cottage definitely did not disappoint. The property is secluded, the wildlife are abundant, and the bed was super cozy. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to enjoy a quiet lake trip. The owners left snacks, checkin was easy and outside lights were left on for our after dark arrival!”

“Had a great stay here over the weekend. Very clean and cozy. Owners were very helpful and informative. It was the prefect place to relax after a chaotic week of traveling with an 8 year old and 1 year old. Would definitely stay here again.”

“It’s handy for Kentucky Lake acces at Paris Landing which I’m sure is the intent. Both cabins were rented to anglers, and we knew the others. The boat storage is the deal. Having them covered is good. We had Cabin 1 and the only issue we have is the large window on the door. There is a light that shines into the bedroom and that door needs a full cover blind for privacy. We were there for an event, and really enjoyed the stay there. It early till late, so no time on site for fun. Just get ready……
