Nice clean hotel, in a pretty nice area!

Nikki was the best and breakfast was the best. Very friendly

Hot tub was not open. Disappointed in the coffee at breakfast. Otherwise our stay was good when we were in the hotel as we were in town for a baseball tournament.

The hotel was nice, a little confusing on parking for the hotel but we figured it out. The downfall was it was very noisy outside until all hours of the night

When we arrived, neither the outdoor or indoor pool was open. We were told it would open at 9pm, it did not. This was also two years in a row that the waterpark wasn't open. Opened up the sofa bed- the mattress was so old, there was no support. The springs were sticking out of the mattress- it was not able to be slept on due to it being that uncomfortable. Tried to call the front desk for more towels- followed the instructions on the phone to reach the front desk, but it would not go through. Had to walk down to desk and no one was there. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come. I had paid for the room upon booking, but when we checked out, my card was charged a second time. They said they would correct it, but I have not received the refund yet. Perks of the resort- large spacious rooms, fishing options close and convenient- right off dock on property. Linens and towels were clean.
