After walking on the floor in our bare feet we had to wipe our feet prior to putting socks on. Had to retrieve something under the dresser and it still showed signs of the remodel (sawdust). Floors need to be mopped. People staying here should be aware that the lions bridge is a draw bridge and may incur backed up traffic. The young man running the desk was very friendly and helpful.

We were pleasantly surprised considering how affordable it was. Room and bath were clean and well equipped, the location was super convenient to old town St. Augustine, the proprietors were friendly and helpful, and parking was always available. We'd definitely stay again.

Immaculate clean and confortable room. Most impressed was the walk in shower 4'x4' with overhead shower head. TV was the least impressive, although many channels but no high defination.

The bathroom was vlean, updated nicely. The baby blue bed speads were so welcoming! Great seafood & steak restaurant right across the street! Very pleasant stay!!

Very pleasant stay! Walking distance to historical downtown! ( saved on the parking). Very clean, fully updated. Was very decent price for location. The owner is Greek and it was excellent example of Greek hospitality service! Will come again.
