It is really close to area attractions. The General Manager was super friendly and helpful. The maintenance man that came to help us with issues in the room was also very friendly and helpful. The staff here get 10 stars! We had some issues with the bathroom during the stay and we understand it is a historical area so plumbing can be tricky. Especially when previous guests apparently flushed bars of soap. So not really the fault of the hotel but an inconvenience for us. Bathroom was clean, good water pressure, mini fridge worked well. The AC in the first room didn’t work. We woke up around 3am sweating. We were moved into a different room, and that rooms door didn’t close unless you pushed hard, and even then there’s a huge gap between the door and the frame all the way around. Parking is a nightmare, there are very limited spots.
