There were very small rooms, bed frame made of metal and squeaked all night, terrible sheets and bed coverings and pillows. Definitely not worth the money.

The staff person very unpleasant. The place is under construction and there is plastic throughout the hallways, the room was dirty and worst of all, I was woken at 8:30 with hammering outside my door. I had driven many hours the night before and was hoping to sleep in. When I spoke to Kate (front desk lady), she said nothing could be done about the noice! Worst stay ever!!!!

Book ocean view, but you would have to traverse a hill to see it from the first floor balcony. Definitely not worth the money if that’s what they refer to as ocean view. Extremely disappointed!

Staff was fast, friendly, and efficient. We enjoyed the small, privately-owned "hominess" of Ocean Sands, and the beach access and view. I would have liked more water pressure in the shower, but we did enjoy our one-night stay and touring nearby historic St. Augustine.

Great location. Overpriced for room. No hot water.. had to wait for plumber. Not enough handicap parking. Too much construction debris on property. Very pleasant staff. Little snacks in room were outrageous…$6.00 for water that should have been free!!
