This property is absolutely adorable! The care, attention, and painstaking love put into this property is noticeable in all of the little details and personal touches everywhere. I adored the local coffee in the lobby as well. My husband and I had an amazing stay. My only (little) complaints were the stiffness of the mattress, and the finicky door access at night/early morning. However, the hotel lets you know about the issues with the doors, so it's on me for not requesting a physical key after checking in.

Nice, clean motel, def loud with the street/car noise they provide ear plugs. Pool was cute and clean. The app to open the door did not work and they were prepared for it so don’t waste too much time trying it and call the “front desk” ( on the app) they will give u a code for a card key- no one in premises just online people- but very nice place.

Terrific trendy little motel!

Exceptional customer service! Rooms and grounds were very clean and decorated very cute. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance. Already booked our next stay!

Such a cute motel. I wasn't super sure about everything not having on-site staff but the owners are super attentive if you need anything. It's a great location and probably my favorite stop on our road trip.

Quaint and perfect for my date night. It's like a South Beach Miami hotel on the Island. Food and drink all around it. We stayed in the smaller room and chose the larger one. Easy parking, bikes to use... fresh ground expresso, cappuccino , coffee machine in lobby. Fresh tacos across the road. I would recommend this hotel and stay again.

Stayed for a very brief visit to St. Augustine. Super cute hotel. Love the retro Florida beachy theme. Check in and room key via the app is super easy. Leila was available to us via text if we needed any additional assistance and was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Super cute place that was clean and safe. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was how thin the walls are & beds are a little too firm. Whoever was above us woke us up at 3:30am one night and 5am the next and you could hear the shower running next door clear as day but it was VERY clean and in a good location.

This hotel is adorable - I was a little nervous it would be loud or not as cute as it is online but it exceeded my expectations in every way. If St. Augustine isn't enough of a draw, this hotel might be enough to bring me back again. Loved it and wish I had had more time to spend at the pool just lounging.

What A Joke..NOT Humorous At All!

The app mobile key only granted me access to the lobby, NOT my room! With no human staff on premises, and multiple phone calls unanswered.. I had to scramble to find alternative lodging, losing hours of my priceless time and sleep! If you like to gamble and put your trust in amateur technology.. You may be sleeping elsewhere, or possibly in your car... But at least those doors open!

You get what you pay for

No on site assistance whatever. Forced use of app. For keyless entry that did not work. Free cappuccino broadly advertised but machine broken. Pool broadly advertisly and towel shelf labeled but always empty. No information online of any use for getting assistance. I would suggest if all you need is a bed, this is an okay place for you.

Won’t be back.

I’ve been staying here regularly for over a year on an almost monthly basis. It just gets worse and worse and I won’t be back again. The big issue is there key system. You have to download an app, upload ID. Sometimes the auto key works and sometimes it doesn’t. The link once sent me to a fishing trap that subscribed me. I have had neighbors trying to break down their own doors at 2am to the point where I was going to call the police. Currently waiting in the sun and humidity on a Sunday morning for a maintenance person to show up and let me in. No manager or help on site. I have tried to hang in there with this cute boutique motel but I’m done. Didn’t even get into the worn out towels, bad mattresses and backed up drains. They need to address these issues. Ratings are going down and you are losing regulars.

Clean. Cute theme, which was coordinated inside and out. No staff on sight, but was prompt and courteous help by phone. I really wanted to love this place, and recommend it: but… Terrible check in system!!! App wouldn’t work, spent way too much of my time in advance, day before, and day off trying to get it to work. Still was a failure. Mattress needs replaced! Maybe okay if you weigh 100lbs or less. Both of our backs are sore, from two nights of the mattress!
