I stayed at the resort for the Martin Luther King weekend. The building we were assigned to did not have an ice machine, and there was no one at the front desk available to assist us. On top of that, the heating system broke down. When I called the information number, the recording stated that assistance was only available until 10:00 PM.
It was a weekend with constant snowfall, and neither of the two heating units worked properly, which made the stay very uncomfortable. I have been coming to this resort for over 10 years, but unfortunately it feels like there is less investment in maintenance and guest support each time.

So peaceful. Able to explore trails in area. Quiet and friendly condo community. Owners are very helpful. Definitely would come back this time of year.
