Welcome to the custom built "Ony's Outpost," a beautifully built, well equipped home with a brand new elevator! Nestled in the gated community of Clipper Bay on the East End of St. George Island, it offers beautiful bay views, a community dock and convenient beach access.

The "Ony's Outpost" gourmet kitchen, with its stainless appliances, expansive counters and large pantry is a chef's dream! The open floor plan flows into the dining space, with 8 chairs and a bar with 4 barstools. There is comfortable seating for your whole crew!

The living room lounging space flows comfortably from the dining and kitchen open floor plan, offering 2 sectional sofas and a large flat screen TV.

The kitchen, dining and living areas are all located on the same level and flow openly. With convenient deck access, entertaining and gathering together is a breeze!

The 4 bedrooms are all located on the first floor. The bedroom with a queen bed and private deck and the hallway bathroom are shared with the bunk bedroom (2 twin beds). The king bedrooms have deck access and private bathrooms with showers.

Clipper Bay has a community pool, dock and convenient beach access.
