Saltwater is the perfect get-away on the beautiful beaches of St. George Island, Florida. Centrally located, Saltwater is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, playgrounds and the island hike/bike trails. Bruce State Park, with its nine miles of pristine natural beaches, is only a short ride from your beach get-away. An excellent location & delightful interior make this home a perfect choice for your vacation. Features two bedrooms on the first level. The first is a master suite with jetted tub & a King Bed that overlooks the Gulf. The second is a well appointed bedroom with another king bed and an on-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is an open 12 ft. high children’s loft with 2 sets of trundle beds. The living room also has a queen size sleeper sofa. Multiple TVs/BluRay DVDs, stereo & WiFi. Outdoor amenities include a private boardwalk to the beach, an outdoor shower to rinse off a day of fun in the sand, a park-style grill for fun family cookouts , and two spacious balconies overlooking the Gulf.This house is dog friendly and very child friendly (Pack-n-play, Highchair, ). This was our 4th stay at Saltwater. The location is absolutely perfect! You can walk everywhere and it’s dog friendly! The listing is exactly as it is in-person. Can’t wait to go back!

Location! Location! Location!

This beach house is in the most convenient location. Park your car and never drive anywhere for your entire vacation! Beach access from the back porch to the private beach access. Sit on the porch and watch the sunrise and dolphins swim in the ocean!

House did not look like picture

We came in at night and it was no light over house number and the house pictured was white with red door but it had been painted and was yellow with white door. There were dirty dishes still in the dish washer from previous renter. The interior was otherwise clean. Needs some renovations to the interior.

We want to come back it was soooo nice and the location is perfect! The little bit of yard or garden area behind the parking area is overgrown and rough on the shins. Walking between the condos was a challenge as well and downed palm tree leaves ripped my ankle open to bleed. The boards need replaced on outer decking and the screws were exposed and cut my grandsons foot open too. If the outside area got as much attention as the inside it would have been much nicer! Oh and the carpet is stained badly in one bedroom.

The house was perfect—clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The location truly can’t be beat: everything was within walking distance, and the beach was just steps away. It was quiet, uncrowded, and ideal for relaxing all day. Even better, it was dog-friendly—our Lab had the time of his life. Everyone we met was friendly, and the whole atmosphere was laid-back and welcoming. A perfect family vacation. We can’t wait to come back.

Most amazing place and host!

We had not been to the beach in years and were looking forward to a relaxing vacation. THIS PLACE DELIVERED. first of all the location is amazing! You dont have to go too far to try amazing restaurants, shops etc. Aunt Ebbys ice cream was so close and me and my family loved it. The home being on the beach was so nice and allowed us to come and go as we pleased! The home was so lovely. It was clean and we felt as if we were staying at a family members home. They had everything we needed! We even enjoyed the game Balderdash-the host provided :) it created some hilarious memories. I cant say enough at how wonderful this trip was. Thank you so much for making our vacation amazing! I highly recommended this place!

Lovely beach stay!

The property was even nicer, cleaner, and more modern than expected from the pictures. This was a lovely beachfront location. So beautifully decorated! We would be happy to stay here again! My only suggestion would be more check-in instructions on how to use the lock.

Outside hose broke and barely able to use.Grill not useable.Furniture definitely needs updating for what you pay.Loved location.The other thing is there we’re things piled around outside.

The views were fantastic, our son loved the loft, and everything was within walking distance. We absolutely loved the island and can’t wait to go back again to St. George Island. Our host was very responsive to any questions or requests. Highly recommend staying at Saltwater.

Great week at the beach!

Nice, clean home in a great location within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Beautiful view of the gulf from the porches. Neighbors are very close but was not an issue. Weather was perfect every day we were there. Layout of home was very accommodating for 2 couples allowing for privacy when needed.
