"I had booked two twin rooms. However, when we were checking in we were informed that one room had two twins that were pushed together but could be separated. We did that ourselves as there was no one else available. The second room had only one bed that could not be separated into two. I don't know why two twin beds is so hard to understand."

"Excellent location in Old Town!! Very close to the Chapel Bridge, lots of restaurants, the train station, and Lake Lucerne. We stayed there for 5 nights and took a few day trips, so it was great to be within walking distance of the train station. The hotel was really nice and clean, and the staff were helpful."
