I’m torn. The staff and location was great! I’m close proximity to everything. The sleep quality, not so much. Super hot rooms where you cannot control the temperature. We literally had to leave a window in the bathroom open at night so we could sleep. They have old radiator heaters and no way to adjust the temperature. The second problem are the heaters themselves. They start knocking and making loud noises about every two hours at night for about 45 seconds while they turn on. Long enough to wake you up and keep you awake until the noise goes away. The sound is like someone hitting a wrench on a piece of metal, really noisy. The last thing, the beds were hard as a rock and made my back ache. The staff was great, but were not able to fix any of the problems. Bring some ear plugs if you stay in this place

Overall. I enjoyed my stay and the location was perfect. So close to Times Square and other landmarks in manhattan. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to a friend and stay there again.
