Of all Hamptons I've stayed over the years, this Location was most unpleasant. Staff was pleasant but Location needs major cleaning and updates. Carpet throughout was dirty, luggage carts were broken, bathroom was dirty and needed door replacement.

We were greeted promptly and were soon in our room. It was very tastefully decorated. The mattress was so comfortable I think I was asleep the minute my head hit the pillow (which were so soft as well!) and slept a solid 7 hours. Breakfast was scrumptious, many options and the vanilla malt waffles were delicious! All staff were so friendly. Checkout easier than check in, which means it took 2 seconds! The location is right off the interstate and was just a hop and skip to Chiefs camp. Highly recommend!

Great place. The Lady at the front desk when I checked in, I believe her name was Kelsey, was friendly. Made me feel like I was walking into a welcome home. Room was bigger than I expected. Breakfast was a good buffet. I plan on returning next year when I attend the Bluffwoods Renaissance Festival.

Hampton can do better, I've stayed at many of them and this was the most run down of any of them. The room felt muggy, the bedding and pillows felt wet even though the a/c was set to 70. This hotel just needs some TLC to get back up there. Morning breakfast was good and staff was friendly!
