We actually didn’t spend the night. The unit they gave us smelled very bad and inside out didn’t seem clean. Very poorly maintained. We had nightmares at the thought of staying there! Sorry to be so brutally honest, but I can’t recommend it!

1. They assigned a room that was not on the map. The virtual front desk did not have a method to show a new layout that they claimed shows 121 Missing/Poor front desk services.

I booked a room online and no where online does it say anything about deposit. They then proceed to say that it must be a physical card and won’t accept one from Apple wallet. So I have already paid for a room that can’t be used. They tell me they are cancelling it on their end but I can’t receive a refund because they have a policy that’s not posted. Said it’s everywhere but I was able to book a hotel down the street without a deposit.
