Our room was not ready until 90 minutes after check in time. There were no apologies, no complimentary drink at the bar - nothing. We came to town for a baseball game and paid a premium price for the room. The room and the hotel were underwhelming and in need of a lot of work. We chose the hotel for the EV charging, but valet was full when we got there, so we were out of luck. We were directed to self park across the street on the next block. The hotel is in a great location if you’re visiting for a game, but we couldn’t find many more positive things to say about our stay.

We reserved a high floor room (16th floor) with a ballpark view. When we checked in the keycard didn’t work. Then I noticed the shower was completely missing the faucet and inoperable. I went back to the main desk and asked for solutions. They moved us to the 11th floor with an acceptable view, and took $225 off the bill. We were satisfied.

We were suppose to have valet parking but they made us park ourselves in a garage down the road and walk back to the hotel. Should not advertise valet parking if you don't have enough. The wait line to check in was very long and very slow. When I finally got my room key and went up 8 floors to my room, the key didn't work. I had to get back in that long check in line to get another key!! They needed more help checking people in!

The hotel was convenient for all our outings and what we came to do… The room was okay but the staff need to check underneath the vanity in bathroom, some things were neglected far as cleaning and picking up It was very very busy when we checked in and I know things can be overwhelming and staff trying to get people through, but I didn’t feel welcome regardless of the chaos and we didn’t have a warm greeting of thank you come again when we left.

They didn’t have my room ready tell 1 hour after 4 at check in time. The line was a 30 min wait just to get to the check in. For the price I won’t be back to this Hilton.

Looks like the rooms on the West wing could use a little updating and repairs, but was OK for a two night stay. Location to the Ballpark was GREAT!

The lamps shades were cracked. There was not a lamp on one side of the bed…assuming it was broken and never replaced. The furniture was broken in the room, there was a dirty towel under the sink in the bathroom, the toilet was old and scratched…the whole room was a dusty. The smoke detectors and the automatic sprinklers were covered in dust…probably wouldn’t have worked if needed. We asked for a king bed and was moved from one tower to another and the king room in the tower we were in was disgusting! Not worth the money spent!! Convenience to the ballpark was great but will never stay there again…ever! I would like a refund it was so horrible!

It’s in a good location and has baseball decor. However, on arrival, there was urine in the toilet; it takes three times of flushing for it to go down. The shampoo and shower gel dispensers were empty.the tub didn’t drain well. And why don’t they use fitted sheets?
