They have a dolly to bring in your belongings but only stairs to get it up. The hotel room smelt like cigarettes and mold in a nonsmoking room. It also had iron burns and pulled up carpet in the room we stayed in. Half of the lights in our room didn’t work even checked that they were plugged in. The shower was broken. My partner and I had to mess with it just to get it to turn on and not to burn us. The staff when I arrived was rude and not very polite.

The first room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke so we asked to change rooms and they did without a problem. I appreciated not having to argue. Room was clean and comfortable and spacious, older but fine. Breakfast was disappointing, no juice or anything hot, powdered creamer

My sta was great. The attendant who signed me in was so sweet. I needed a different room due to having an extra grandbaby gobwith me and hebhappily upgraded me. My room was clean and the tub was nice
