Staff were incredibly kind and helpful! The checkin process and whole hotel experience was unique but as long as you check your messages and read the signs it’s fine. We had an issue with the shower the first day but it was okay for the rest of our stay. We did not specifically ask for help with this—and I’m sure if we did it would’ve been fixed, but we ran out of disposable to-go coffee cups and plastic cups early in our stay and housekeeping did not replenish, despite evidence of them being in the room. Overall a good experience and I recommend this hotel as a unique place to stay in St. Louis!

I gave a copy of my tax exemption card when I checked in and was told it would be processed. On check out is had not been and the representative said she didn't know how to do it. There were no baggage carts available on check in or out.

Not bad but not great. First room TV did not work. Called for help and no one came. After 45 minutes, called again. Waited 20 then went up and changed room. New room was fine except for the old coffee cup full of someone’s coffee in the small fridge. Cool place. Just needs a bit better service.

The hotel is well located, especially if you're in town to visit SLU (which was my case.) However, around the hotel there are not that many dining options and there's also construction next to it. A great option if artsy hotels are your thing.

Beautiful place, loved the view from the Art Bar. In the Art Bar the service was really good. Disappointed in the size of the room. We couldn't put anything on the luggage cart if we could get it into the room. It was a king sized bed, bathroom was large but space around the room was limited. Side table by bed only on one side of the bed. Refrigerator didn't really work. Through out any milk products. Check in person acted as if I was taking up her time even though no one was waiting. From the start felt like I shouldn't be there. All in all I was disappointed in the place. I had looked so forward to being there. I do hope others had a different feeling.
