"We stayed in the cottages of IndianRiver lagoon waterfront cottages March 1-31 The cottages are quaint and cute . They are perfect for a couple or small families . If the cottage walls could speak, I am sure we would hear great stories of their 80 year history. The grounds are beautiful with walk ways and palm trees and flowering bushes. "The cabins are private and spacious. They are from the 1940's and upgrades are in progress which is understandable and added to the quaintness. The grounds were great. Hosts were responsive and proactive. The instructions were complete and self-explanatory. We would stay again!"

"Very moldy and mildewy cheap furniture, shower curtains, and mattress. Windows filthy and some inoperable. Porch screen had a hole they refused to fix. Bathroom sink did not drain. Kitchen was clean and all appliances worked well. Great concept, grounds, and dock. Guests were very nice."
