Please dont believe the pictures.
The property is poorly maintained dirty,very old.
I wouldn't give 5 star. We had cockroaches,mosquitos in our room.
Initially we booked studio for myself and my wife. When we went to see to the room it was so dirty immediately we complained and they showed us few rooms they were all the same. Then lady at the reception gave us executive suite which was a bit better so accepted. Still lots to improve. We stayed in room 5003 which is on the 5th floor.
We had so many mosquito bites and we had cockroach issues. Travelled so many countries this is the first time experiencing bad hotel standard for a 5star.
But on note all the staff are really nice and helpful.
JOHIR was the guy cleaning our room.
He made sure we were so comfortable and cleaned our room everyday even folded what ever clothes left out. I would definitely give high rate for him.
He made our stay comfortable but management needs to do something about overall or put their rating down and not scam people with fake pictures of the hotel standard.
Don't believe the pictures and please see people's reviews which we missed sadly.
