8.4/10 Very Good! (46 reviews)
A lovely hotel located stones throw distance from the hustle bustle of activity at Wenceslas Square. Yet in a quiet neighbourhood diagonally opposite the National Museum. Very close to the Museum Metro station. Pleasantly surprised at the size of the room. It’s an old building so challenges are there but that makes it fun as well. We had to take the elevator to 4th floor and then climb down the staircase to our room on the 3rd floor.
The breakfast spread was extremely good. There were local Czech delicacies available as well. The staff at the reception and others were pleasant, helpful and it was manned 24/7. I had booked a Taxi while checking in / out through the Hotel and found the cost reasonable and the drivers helpful. There was also a bell boy to help with the luggage at check in time.
It will help if; (a) a Kettle could be kept in the room for heating water. Along-with tea bags. Generally speaking Asians like to have Tea in the morning, and (b) bigger sized Turkish Towels are provided.
Overall, a pleasant experience. Prague is a lovely city. People are pleasant. And we could cover the tourist circuit on foot.
Keep up the good work.
