“I felt compelled to write this because our stay at this hotel was genuinely the best we’ve ever experienced. The hospitality was exceptional—every staff member, from security to the reception and restaurant teams, greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to make us feel completely at home. Our 4-night stay was wonderful, and the hotel’s peaceful location in a quieter part of Ooty made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. There are so many people to thank, but I’d like to mention a few……

“A great escape with great service. A bit out of town away from the noisy traffic, set in gorgeous surroundings. The room was very large and clean and beds were comfortable. Felt like 5 star. The bar and food options were good. Altogether a great stay where our every need was met.”

“Une grande chambre, un très grand lit confortable, une belle salle de douche avec eau chaude et le personnel adorable. Une cuisine locale excellente . J'ai moins aimé la localisation, un peu loin du centre quand on est à pied et ma chambre juste derrière la réception etait bruyante. ”
