“We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and incredibly well-equipped we had more than everything we needed. It’s in a great location, very peaceful but still super convenient, just about 8 minutes from Concord Mills and close to everything else we wanted to see and do. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!”

“This studio was perfect in every way for our stay in Matthews. We had everything we needed and the wonderful bonus of watching the chickens. This was a real pleasure for a couple of country folks. Note however: there are stairs to enter this unit. You need to be able to do that.”

Host Sebastian was like a brother, promptly & patiently responding and answering my several questions that routinely arose throughout the week. Welcome gifts like the fine bottle of wine was a thoughtful surprise. The automatic hands free natural gas generator was a hit as the lake area lost power one day for 5 hours but it did not disturb our vacation in the least as the power generator...

She was responsive immediately to the problems we had with the home during the stay and accommodated appropriately for the unexpected change in the trip. “Home was very beautifully set up. Rooms were lovely.Enough seating for meals for 10 comfortably. Great backyard for the kiddos to run around and play whilel adults hang out under the covered patio. Super area for shopping. William was "Johnny on the Spot" if we needed anything. Check -in and out were seemless. Would stay again if back in the area. ”

“They house is a well keep older home set on a perfect cul-de-sac nice deck and yard we did not use. But perfect for what we needed.”

“Excellent place. Property owners are communicative and very helpful. Check in was a seamless process and the house was spotless when we arrived. It was perfect for a quiet bachelorette trip!The house easily slept all 6 of us and there was plenty of seating in the living area too! Wifi worked great, especially since a few of us from out of town had spotty cell reception. Beds and linens were comfortable and clean. PLENTY of towels - more than enough for all six of us to have several. Great...

“Words, can’t describe the home, everything about it was wonderful the location, cleanliness of the home, the cost for two nights, refreshments, the space, maybe the shower head little to high, because most of my family is on the short sidebut if I have the opportunity to come again I will be sure to check for availability there ”

“Overall, the house was fine BUT one room had a sheet on the bed that had a LARGE blood stain. We were told the house was cleaned and obviously that wasn't the case. The drain in the kitchen sink did not work and smelled terrible, so the sink was not able to be used. I have contacted the host about this & the host is aware. The house is very spacious and everything else was fine. ”
