"Serendipity, or luck, led us to rent Woodland Trails! A last minute cancellation at a different house had us scrambling! We saw the listing, jumped on it, and are so very glad! The home, property, and amenities are better than described. The kitchen is outfitted with all you need-even for our team of semi-pro chefs(2!!! dishwashers!) The bedrooms are all ensuite and everyone enjoyed the jetted tubs. The porches were perfect for early morning coffee, and the dining room was big enough for all of us together for dinners. The grandkids liked the separate TV room. But the property was the true star! We loved the trails, the bikes, the golf carts, and the paddleboats. The fire pit was perfect for s'mores, and long talks. Viewing the total Lunar eclipse was perfect from a paddleboat on the pond. Our photos of the Milky Way were phenomenal. The hosts were kind and responded promptly to queries. They stock all the necessities so you don't have to worry: dishwashing and laundry detergent were supplied, as was enough toilet paper. This was a last minute rental but we were treated as honored guests. We (grandparents, adult kids, and grandkids) all loved every minute of our time there!"

"Nice quiet area. Lots of woods , close to many restaurants, atv, trails. Very clean, family friendly. Host was easy contact. Nice outside , saw deer while there."

"Our family of four had a great long weekend at this lake home. The cabin itself was deceiving; much more room and bedrooms inside than what it looked like from outside!! There would have been plenty of room if we would have had other relatives come with us! The cabin was super clean, awesome layout. Our girls loved the beach, catching sunnies, picking up snail shells, making sand castles and riding on the paddle boat. Fishing was great, too! The bonfire bit is right down by the beach, which was awesome. We loved the smaller, quiet lake, hearing the loons and seeing all kinds of wildlife, including eagles. Our family is already making plans to visit again! Thank you for sharing your lake home with us!"

"This is a great location in Danbury,Wisconsin. Only a short distance from gas and grocery stores.Lake 26 is a great lake. As we all know, rain has been super scarce this year. The beach front is AMAZINGLY sandy and shallow. Great for swimming. We loved It- as did our grandson (age 4). There were was some poison ivy you needed to be aware of- the hosts were aware and had already been treating it.I acknowledge, we were in a hurry to leave for work reasons and we left our salads andCheeses in the fridge. UGH!!!! I have never made this mistake before. I contacted our hosts about 2 hours after we left to let them know about our mistake. I also offered to pay for any extra cleaning fees.It is on a hill overlooking lake 26. The location and lake are beautiful."

"Cleanest VRBO rental we have ever had. Property was accurately described. Kitchen was very well equipped. Comfortable furniture. Very quiet lake while we were there. It is not deep; read it is six feet deep. Perfect for kayaking and using the canoe."

"Lots of sheets and towels, toilet paper and tissues. Plenty. Plenty of stuff in the kitchen and beautiful setting. Our host was very good. Communicating had a few minor problems, Small disappointment, gas fireplace in main living room did not work. Also had issues the first day with very spotty Wi-Fi.And cleaning was an issue with too many cobwebs, spiders dust most of the windows and corners. Vacuuming and floor cleaning not very good.I did it and picked up a lot of dust and dirtBetter cleaning should be priority for the premium price that is charged.I would recommend to others because no animals or pets allowed."
