Great stay in State College for the Big Ten Wrestling Championships. Four old dudes had plenty of room. The place was clean and host made sure we had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the 60’s/ 70’s album collection. We’d highly recommend it.

Thanks again for the great rental! We all had an amazing time and we really hope to book your place again in the future! We loved everything about the place, the rooms and beds were comfortable, the two bathrooms worked out great for our party, and the large dinner table was perfect for our family style dinner on day one. Unfortunately, due to weather, we didn't get around to using the fire pit outside, but everything looked great out there and it just led us to get great use out of the hot tub, which was fantastic! The coffee bar set up, and all the toiletries provided were just amazing and such a nice treat for guests; all the little touches really made our trip spectacular! Thank you for everything, for being great hosts and always being quick to answer my questions. It's a great rental and we appreciated all the hospitality, look out for our rental requests next year in the warmer months ;)!

We had a wonderful weekend at this Penn State themed house. Jennifer was a great host and the house was in great shape when we arrived. Loved our stay at the Land of the Lions

The house was very clean, loved that the decor was everything Penn State, and situated in a nice neighborhood. We loved all of the amenities - game room, media room, hot tub, etc. Jennifer was a great hostess, she is very caring and responds quickly to any questions that you may have. Video instructions are provided for everything in the home. Definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for a vacation rental in State College. We would not think twice about returning to the home for a Penn State football weekend! Thanks Jennifer for sharing your home with us.

Relaxation and fun!

We loved staying here! Host was extremely responsive, and every detail was thought of for our comfort and enjoyment. We spent the first couple days of our weeklong stay just hanging out at the house it was fantastic! Just what we needed. It was absolutely perfect. We loved the artwork, the decor, the amenities, and the location.

Cute and comfortable

We were here for a week long horse show with 3 adults and 3 teens. Lovely house in good location. Well stocked with everything you need and lots of fun games for kids/teens. Outdoor space and hot tub are lovely! Great fire pit. Lots of privacy. Comfortable beds. Host is excellent at communicating! Will stay here again next summer if it’s available.

Amazing Graduation Celebration Home

This home is amazing! We went for my son's graduation from Penn State and it is the ULTIMATE PSU home in the area! We all felt at home the whole time, it has everything you can ever want in a rental. From atmosphere, fun to stocked kitchen and home. Jennifer is amazing! She made sure my whole family was welcomed and made my son feel so incredibly special on his big day. We have stayed at other locations in state college and this place by far is worth every penny. Quality sheets, bedding, towels, supplies....so much more than a rental property. It truly was a home away from home. Nothing better than ending a long weekend relaxing in a beautiful back yard and hot tub. Jennifer, we can never thank you enough for making graduation weekend so amazing! We will be back to visit for some football games!

Very clean and appreciated all the amenities supplied by the owner. We enjoyed the hot tub, multiple tvs for march madness, and close location to everything. Great communication with the owner. Would recommend!

Perfect weekend getaway

We enjoyed our long weekend at this home. Loved all the special touches from the Xmas tree to the “how to” video for all of the home equipment. House was super clean and stocked with everything needed for our large group. Tailgate package was perfect for our PSU tailgate. Definitely recommend!

Perfect Stay!

We had eight adult female family members spending a long weekend together and this was the perfect place to do it. The house is great, so much to do with the hot tub, game room, games, and more. Lots to do in the area too. Wineries, festivals, caverns, shopping, breweries, etc. We never ran out of entertainment. The house was very clean and so much fun. Having full kitchens on both floors was very convenient. Jennifer was a perfect host. She stayed in touch, responded very quickly and keeps the property well stocked. Can’t go wrong here and if you’re a Nittany Lions fan, you’re in for a special treat. Highly recommend!!

Great wkend

House was great. Wkend was great. Only one issue. Apparently there are cameras on the outside of the house that are monitored and noise detection inside the home. We had a group of 11 stay at the home and my daughter and her 3 friends came and visited. We ate , drank and some of the women were singing. We were getting calls and being accused of having a party inside the house. Literally doing what a group of people do when they get together to have fun. I guess all we are allowed to do here is drink tea and watch movies. The calls stopped and we had a great rest of our wkend. The house is great , surveillance is not.

Great Stay and Host!

The house was in a great location for getting into and around State College. Jennifer was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay and checked in to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. The house was very clean and she had nice amenities we were not expecting (like shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms, mints on the pillows, etc.). We enjoyed our stay and the kids loved the game room. Thanks for a great stay, Jennifer!

Great PSU place!

Great place with stuff for the kids to do. Loved the PSU themed decor and the nice black light design at the hot tub. Jennifer was checking in to assure we were good. Will be looking to rent again next time we are in State College!

Perfect Football Weekend House!

The house was perfectly clean and as advertised. The ultimate PSU fan house! 4 bedrooms, all good size makes it easy to share with friends. Only about 2 miles from the stadium made it very easy for game day. Would definitely stay again.
