“I cannot say enough of this small jewel in Xalapa. Great boutique hotel . Great staff! Safe area to walk and exercise. Amazing food! Just one minor drawback is the pillows, a little bit too hard for my taste, but don’t forget to ask for a change. This is not a hotel for people with wheelchairs, since there is a lot of steps.”

“Mildew stains in several walls of the bathroom and around the faucet. One towel that must be returned to the front desk upon checking out. Only one outlet inconveniently located in the farthest corner of the room. Highly recommended food, by staff, was less than mediocre. Staff was not shown how to operate the credit card terminal. Well ... there you have it.”
