  • ***Not a party house***. Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we have a seriously ill neighbor who needs a peaceful environment. No parties, events, loud gatherings, or excessive noise are permitted at any time. This home is intended for families, couples, and guests looking for a relaxing Tahoe getaway. Our short-term rental permit depends on maintaining good relationships with our neighbors and complying with local noise regulations. Any excessive noise or disturbances may result in the reservation being terminated without a refund.


    Our comfortable 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is just minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort, South Lake Tahoe, beaches, restaurants, casinos, and shopping. Walk out the front door to National Forest hiking trails. Enjoy comfortable beds, a gourmet kitchen, and a peaceful setting.
