This home is completely turnkey and well stocked for anything you need for a comfortable stay, including all linens, towels, soaps, and kitchen items! The master is a true retreat with king bed, ensuite fit piece bath with large walk in shower and jetted tub, and a private balcony.

Two car heated garage for easy parking and access year round. Full laundry room with full size washer/dryer.

The location cannot be beat as it is a short walk to the ski base area in Steamboat (about two hundred yards). The heated outdoor saltwater pool, spa, sauna, and tennis courts are only a few steps away from the front door! The free shuttle system will take you to the gondola base area.

Pool/Hot Tub Closures: The pool/hot tub closes during the spring and fall shoulder seasons (April-May and October-Thanksgiving). We discount our rates during these times because of this, and to allow for utilizing paid entry places like the Old Town Hot Springs or Strawberry Park Hot Springs which are nearby, and a lot of fun!
