"The cottage is as advertised- clean and cute. The property manager and owner were very responsive to our needs. Wifi was fine. Two suggestions for others - use the back door to access the cottage as the sliding door lock is challenging. Also, if you need a quiet location to sleep please know that the Heat/AC split unit is very loud and turns on and off every 10 minutes or so. It woke me multiple times and also made TV hard to hear and conversations challenging. This may not bother others."

"The house is great and the owner was very responsive but there are a lot of dos and don’ts. It’s a little hard to completely relax and not worry about accidentally doing something wrong. The primary access to the beach via golf cart was closed for bridge repairs the first part of our week. That was inconvenient! But the screened porch and the outdoor shower made up for everything!"

Had an amazing jet ski tour with AB Water, the boys tried out fishing; overall a nice & relaxing time. I’d rebook again. The downstairs full bath is highly convenient for 6 people, only can use some ventilation. Thanks again!"
