"Could not be happier. 3 week stay. Needed a break from new home construction. Townhouse was spotless and I left it that way. For years I have stayed at the north end of topsail island between personal house constructions. Hobby since retirement from Duke. This was the nicest and cleanest rental. Very nicely decorated and as the ad said kitchen was stocked. Used the crock pot three times. Typically have always used local realtor but thought I’d try VRBO. Communication with host was excellent....

"Our stay was fantastic. Any time we needed anything the owner would respond back quickly and accommodate us. The house is beautiful and spread out so having 9 people inside the house didn’t not feel like we were crammed together. We would definitely stay here again."
