Very nice hotel. I will definitely be back. I never used the gym or laundry facility but it looked spacious and it’s nice to know it’s available. I also liked that doors are looked after 11pm and you have to get buzzed in through the front desk if you don’t have a key. Nice safety measures. Can’t have too many these days.

My suite was clean, spacious and recently renovated. Beds were comfortable and almost silent even with body movement. I enjoyed the complimentary bike rentals. The beach access was a short walk away. There was plenty of parking even on the weekend. The hotel would be even better if they served breakfast, lunch and dinner. I didn't visit the bar, which got a bit noisy well into midnight and I could hear all the noise in my room down the hall on the first floor.

Town house was clean. The kitchen appliances were a little outdated. Could use a new fridge and microwave. Back deck needs to be updated. Staff was very friendly and helpful We had a nice visit!

The view was great and we enjoyed dining/sitting on the small balcany as we watched the charter boats and ferries come and go. Clean, well equipped, and walking distance to shops. We would stay here in this unit again

Pleasant unit and complex. Nice walk around lake. Rec center pool enjoyable Minor and moderate problems. 1of 2 major windows opaque Took a day to get sink disposal repaired. 2 of 4 days no WiFi. No coffee filters nor salt and pepper. Jetted tub could not be filled above jets with hot water -ran out
