"La Gratitude was amazing. The fee does not include the entire apartment and I had to pay more for access to the other rooms which was an issue especially as there isn't such option or statement when you book. Hopefully, they will resolve that. Although I had to pay more than expected and what was advertised, they dealt with the issue promptly and professionally and I would highly recommend this apartment to others. The fee also does not include daily cleaning which is R450 extra. The apartment...

"We recently stayed 5 nights at this beautiful hotel in the heart of the City and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out we were treated like royalty and every whim was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our beautiful rooms had excellent views of Table Mountain and two restaurants on site offered excellent food options, with the Bombay Brasserie a must visit. The bar too is an excellent place to unwind after a long day. I can’t say enough about the staff …..everyone from the front desk, concierge, doormen, bar & restaurant staff always had smiles on their faces and were eager to please. We have stayed here before and will certainly do so again. "
