"Perfect location! River Walk is right behind you! Main Street is only a block away so you can literally walk everywhere. Our unit was right above the restaurant so was a little noisy but only until 9:00 pm…..so not bad"

"The house was great! Lots of space and amenities. The kitchen was loaded with everything anyone could want. Ping pong table, air hockey and a great video game set up kept the kids entertained. And the ensuite bedrooms provided privacy for all the adults in our family. We were very pleased with this property! "

"Stayed here for a few days to recover after hiking from Denver on the Colorado Trail. It was the perfect place to recover and enjoy local activities. Close to trails for running and hiking. The hotel has its own bike shop to rent mountain bikes at competitive rates, a gym, hot tubs, cafe, restaurant. It is a beautiful cozy and modern place that is walking distance from everything that Breckenridge has to offer. "
"Everyone working at the property was very welcoming and eager to answer questions and give suggestions. Property was beautiful and well-appointed. I didnt like being put next to the pool (Im a single) because children were literally screaming and yelling at the top of their lungs all day and into the evening. Parents did nothing. That was the only downside of my stay. Everything else was top-notch. Loved covered and secure parking and shuttle services too."

"A very nice stay in Breck. This condo is one of the nicer ones we been in. It is 3-level with 4 balconies - with main living on the 2nd level. The condo was clean and the furniture comfortable.We also liked that the garage and area in front of it allowed us to park 2 cars."

"The condo was great. Loved the large bedrooms and my three boys each had their own bed. It was great to open the patio door and hear the river. The property manager was very responsive when we needed our parking passes for our cars and also the microwave broke and brought us a new one immediately. My only complaint was the pool and hot tub closes at 8! That’s too early! 10pm is reasonable. That is not the condo owner fault but the HOA folks. Would also like to see a later check out past 10am (like hotels). Other than that great time! We would rent this place again. "
