“Overall, a great place to stay!”

“Great location in Silverthorn. Our room was adequate, for four days, not big, but good view. The room are incredibly dim. Poor lighting and faced east. I was surprised at the lack of heating and cooling cooking options. No microwave. And a 1920 ice chest. Bad options for left overs after skiing. The covered Parking was great, it says free, but was not, there was a recreation fee, but no hot tub, just a pool, never saw anyone in it. ”

“No staff upon arrival. Waited over an hour with several others trying to check in. Called desk and office over and over. No answer. Housekeeping staff couldn’t help. Eventually left for a couple hours and came back to finally get our room. Hotel pool and hottub under major construction ”

“Great place right by the lake in Keystone. Easy access to everything. Only 1 parking spot with the unit so if you have more than 1 car it is a long walk from the free parking at the Lodge but this seems to be the standard in Keystone. There may be a bus from the lodge, we didn't check. The unit was small but had everything we needed. We used the pull out bed which was very comfortable and used the kitchen daily. The BBQ Grill was not in working order as there was no propane tank and it seemed……

“The room itself was amazing and clean. Easy access to everywhere. Not happy being charged $1 when checking in and then my card being charged another $1 when checking out. That's an expensive interest charge for $2! Also not happy with Red Awning who the room was booked through. I would not recommend them, terrible communication!”
