"I would rate it excellent except that we had a frightening experience with a guest. We were leaving early with 2 small children to catch the 8:00 ferry. Unfortunately we woke the guest while we were exiting down the hallway and he opened his door and screamed expletives at us and our small children. Then repeated it as we left the hallway. The little boys were terrified, as were we.
There were no staff on at that time, 7:00 am. Therefore no security."
