“The property was everything that was promised. There were seven of us and we had plenty of room to spread out. We stayed for 3 nights and we wished we could have stayed longer at this rental.”

“This was a wonderful property to stay at. It was clean. The host left snacks. It was very close to Ricketts Glens Falls, which was our main purpose for the trip.The property was surrounded by woods. It was wonderful to hear the bird singing and to see other wildlife. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“Great property and amazing views! The main home was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The boat house was pretty shabby but once on the dock a really nice place to unwind.”

“This is a beautifully renovated older home on very private property. The host has thought of everything you would need to make your stay comfortable and fun. Their little extras are amazing with plenty of supplies to make your stay effortless. All the bed mattresses are very comfortable too. We would return for another time in the future.”

“The property was located in a nice quiet area and easy to find. The host did a great job communicating with me. Home is super clean and spacious. The gardens or flowers around the home were beautiful. This home can definitely accommodate a whole family and still have plenty of room to be comfortable. Would definitely book again Places close to Mountain View Barn where they have wedding and closer then a hotel. Rickets Glen only 20 minutes away. A small town Millville is not even 2 miles away...

“Ben was a very accommodating host. He met us on sight at check-in, showed us around the property and gave us his phone number in the event we needed to contact him for anything. There is a great bar-b-q area and hang out area right outside the front door. The house is in the middle of nowhere, great for rest and relaxation.”

“Property owners are so kind and accommodating and easily available. Felt like home, yet with the excitement of being away. Place was clean and fresh. Girls loved petting the alpaca and the on-site alpaca store is a cool bonus! Also loved the farm fresh eggs available for purchase! Quiet and full of nature! “Best property we’ve ever rented! The home was extremely clean upon arrival. We had a couple of concerns and the hosts responded promptly and are so kind. Great place for a large family vacation. Our grandkids loved the pool of course! We enjoyed the fire pit (wood provided!), hot tub, and pool table. Kids toy closet was well stocked and so was the kitchen. We cooked in most days and had everything we needed. Beware that the pool house water comes from two holding tanks and several in our group...
