"It was worth the price. The place was modern nicely renovated well kept and clean. We stayed for one night with friends. The place had all cooking equipment and a bbq machine to easily make our meals. The waterfront in the back was nice in the evening and early morning. Clean towels. Clean bedrooms with comfortable bedding sand pillows. Washer and dryer were helpful after coming from the beach. About 20 minutes drive to Tobermory downtown. Easy communication with the property manager. Overall it was relaxing with a good vibe "

"The location of the property was great, it’s close to everything; sauble falls, beach, and conservation areas. Great space for doing activities outside - camp fire, volleyball, badminton. The host was also really flexible and accommodated 2 additional people with us. However, service was unfortunately terrible. We walked in with a laundry in the washing and had to put it in the dryer ourselves, which wasn’t bad at all. But we also noticed that the place didn’t look like it was thoroughly cleaned when we got there, mat in the back was still muddy. The wi-fi was not working, it did work for a bit but then stopped working after I dealt with Bell for an hour (the host told me that I have to call Bell as they need someone close to the modem to fix the issue). Instead of relaxing that night, I had to deal with Bell, and then Bell eventually told us they couldn’t fix it and needed to replace their modem. This is extremely disappointing as the property was listed as wifi included, this is false advertisement. The host/ property manager took hours to reply when we sent a message (this is the emergency number they provided), the number we provided was out of reach when called (called multiple times). "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the cozy cabin. From the moment we walked in it felt like home. Everything we could need was there, and we really appreciated the little touches to make our stay comfortable. The location is beautiful and peaceful. Even without a/c it cooled off quickly with windows & patio doors open, especially at night. The cabin was very clean and exactly as pictured! We communicated with Scott before and during our stay, and he was very quick to respond & answer questions. We were quite happy with the cabin & would highly recommend choosing it for your stay in the area. The location was perfect, and only a 35 minute drive to Tobermory. Great beaches in the area of the cabin. We did the stargazing with Bayside Astronomy, in Lion's Head, on Saturday night & were amazed at seeing the Milky Way & Saturn through telescopes! Would book again if we are in the area. Thanks, Scott, for being a great host! "

"The property as a whole was pretty well looked after. The cottages were rustic and adequate for our needs. The kitchen area had all the equipment one would need but water for washing had to be brought in by a water container. We brought our own drinking water. The washrooms were close to the cottage and were adequate and clean. There were 2 showers. The picnic table was by the cottage and close to the water was a great place to hang out and have our meals. The cottage was easy to get to, well sign posted and very lose to Wiarton for shopping."
